ChangeLog: 

* git_export.cc: after the key migration the `committer` was falsely outputted 
as binary instead of string data
* tests/git_export/__driver__.lua: ...and since the test didn't covered the 
actual mapping and output of author and committer at all, there is a new test 
for it now.
