ChangeLog: 

* annotate.ui, AnnotateFile.h/cpp: replace the read-only text input by a 
dropdown which stores the "history" of queried revisions for an annotation, so 
users can easily go back to the previously selected one
* AnnotateFile.h/cpp: ...also act on double-click and right-click on annotation 
rows and trigger the appropriate actions
* Annotate.h/cpp: add a couple of getters to query the base and the currently 
selected revision
* WorkspaceDialogManager.cpp (showAnnotation): call the database dialog's 
showAnnotation method instead of doing all the work again
* DatabaseDialogManager.cpp: wire a couple of signals with slots to show more 
dialogs
