ChangeLog: 

add tests for diffs with /dev/null and for compatibility with patch(1)

 * tests/diff_patch_add/__driver__.lua: new test to check that diff produces
   /dev/null as the source and that this works with patch(1)

 * tests/diff_patch_drop/__driver__.lua: new test to check that diff produces
   /dev/null as the target and that this works with patch(1); patch is a little
   aggressive in this case and also deletes empty directories after deleting the
   file named in the diff

 * tests/diff_patch_rename/__driver__.lua: new test to check that diff produces
   the old name as the source and the new name as the target and that this works
   with patch(1); patch is a little lame in the case and doesn't bother renaming
   anything but it does apply the content changes
