ChangeLog: 

Fix handling of grouping parentheses, use 'idx' macro instead of operator[].
Change 'lca' function to match documentation and be sane (make it use
non-strict ancestors, so 'lca(A,B)' where B are descended from all of A
will behave reasonably).
