ChangeLog: 

add more comments and checks to various diff tests

 * tests/diff_restriction_renamed_parent/__driver__.lua: replace fixme with
   checks for unrestricted and partially restricted diffs which do succeed; the
   diff only fails when restricted to a single file

 * tests/diff_shows_renames/__driver__.lua: un-xfail; using rosters as the basis
   of the diffs actually does fixes it as predicted

 * tests/diffing_a_revision_with_an_added_file/__driver__.lua: assert that the
   diff has /dev/null as the source and the added file as the target

 * tests/log_--diffs/__driver__.lua: don't include the initial rev in the first
   log with diffs because the restriction in the log will cause it to fail; add
   comments and an xfailed test that does attempt to log all revs

 * tests/log_--diffs/expect_restrict: remove diff from intial rev in expectation

 * tests/restricted_diff_bug/__driver__.lua: replace fixme with comments about
   why this test fails and how it should probably be fixed
