ChangeLog: 

* cmd_netsync.cc (clone): make clone accept a --branch option for
  disambigious URI patterns; prevent the usage of the old HOST PATTERN
  syntax together with the --branch option; make clone a non-workspace
  command, which is easier to handle and easier to understand
* tests/clone_aborts_on_branch_pattern_in_uri: new test for the above
  functionality as well as the check for branch patterns in the URI
  and an empty branch option
* tests/clone_creates_right__MTN_options/__driver__.lua: clone no
  longer falls back to the workspace options, but rather creates and
  initializes a new default database
