ChangeLog: 

* MonotoneHandle.h/cpp: enable support for server authentication by
  putting the key name or id into the mtn URI like mtn://<keyid>@<server>;
  validate the key part by expanding partial key names and diagnose
  ambiguity
* MonotoneThread.cpp: use the key encoded in the URI for remote_stdio
  authentication; make the server connection --reallyquiet to avoid
  problems with all the chatty output on stderr
