[Monotone-devel] Approving? |

Hi,
I have created a patch for an existing repository on a
different machine, thus, it is signed with a different
public key of mine. Now I'd like to import that patch into
my database at home, but I _don't_ want to import the other
key! I thought, just 'approve'ing or 'vcheck'ing the new
manifest should do the trick, but alas, it doesn't:
monotone: warning: bad signature by 'address@hidden' on
'address@hidden:NjAyMTg2MmZkYjJmZjMyZWExNzA5YmVlNTRiNGQ5MDE3NGU4MjdlNw==]'
monotone: warning: bad signature by 'address@hidden' on
'address@hidden:c3lzdGVtLmV0Yy5tYWls]'
monotone: selected update target 6021862fdb2ff32ea1709bee54b4d90174e827e7
monotone: calculating patchset for update
monotone: updated to base version 6021862fdb2ff32ea1709bee54b4d90174e827e7
The fb76ade6b7e1f9155a9eb0bf0f9a345bbf685b40 manifest is
signed at least a dozen times by now. :-) Still, monotone
just doesn't want to use the newer version.
Any advice on what I'm doing wrong, anybody?
Peter
P. S.: By the way: does this "assign trust to keys"-thing
exist already? That would be useful here.
