Hi all!
I am trying to compile monotone 0.10 on Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther for
friends :)
I have no trouble to compile boost_1_31_0 but I cannot link boost
against monotone.
The monotone configure give me this error:
[0:jj/src/monotone-0.10> ./configure --prefix=/opt/monotone
checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c
[...]
checking for errno.h... yes
checking for stdint types... stdint.h (shortcircuit)
make use of stdint.h in idna/idn-int.h (assuming C99 compatible system)
checking if setlocale() and nl_langinfo() works... yes
checking libboost_prg_exec_monitor library... configure: error:
libboost_prg_exec_monitor failure
See `config.log' for more details.
The exact error on config.log is
[...]
ld: can't map file:
/Volumes/Dati/jj//src/boost_1_31_0/bin/boost/libs//test/buil
d/libboost_prg_exec_monitor.dylib ((os/kern) invalid argument)
configure:7005: $? = 1
configure: failed program was:
| #line 6989 "configure"
| /* confdefs.h. */
[...]
Someone has succesfuly compiled monotone on mac?
Can you give me some hints?
Thank you!
