OK, thanks. Where should I look into the code if I want to add it?
I have to apologize for all the worried talk here today; I don't really
know what the big deal is, this command only takes about 10 minutes to
write. I just wrote it. if you stick this in commands.cc you should get
mostly the behavior you want:
[...]
Wow, thanks a lot! One problem though:
++ ../monotone-0.15/monotone --rcfile=bugrc --db=bug.db fcommit
529f8b450b873562e147fbaa0902baa186990c5c bug.txt
monotone: discarding debug log
monotone: fatal: std::runtime_error: db query [SELECT data FROM
revisions WHERE id = '%q']: wanted 1 columns, got 0
Any hints? (See attachment for a bash script that should recreate the
problem.)
if you like I can add this as a "standard" monotone command, though it
seems a bit special-purpose..
Thanks, but if it does not follow from some general CLI pattern, then it
would be selfish of me to request it. I don't think that extra
maintenance cost is justified now. Maybe after my Wiki takes off...
Thanks a lot
Grzegorz
PS: Monotone is cool, thanks for this soft!!!
there is certainly some background
pressure to overhaul monotone's command-line interface a bit. I was
hoping to get around to that sometime after all these extra branches are
integrated.
