I didn't find that. The whole thing seems to have built for me (and
tests OK) with g++ (4:4.0.0-2) and the same versions of libboost that
you're using.
The resulting package doesn't install, however:
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of monotone:
monotone depends on libboost-date-time1.33.0 (<< 1.32.0+1.33.0-cvs20050721);
however:
Version of libboost-date-time1.33.0 on system is 1.32.0+1.33.0-cvs20050720-3.
monotone depends on libboost-filesystem1.33.0 (<< 1.32.0+1.33.0-cvs20050721);
however:
Version of libboost-filesystem1.33.0 on system is 1.32.0+1.33.0-cvs20050720-3.
monotone depends on libboost-regex1.33.0 (<< 1.32.0+1.33.0-cvs20050721);
however:
Version of libboost-regex1.33.0 on system is 1.32.0+1.33.0-cvs20050720-3.
which suggests something's still broken. Not monotone, I think.
