So does svn, I think. On the other hand, those are kind of
file-based.
My guess is that "mtn diff" ought to act like hg, git, darcs, and
produce -p1 patches. On the other hand, I guess I'd want "mtn diff
README" to produce a -p0 patch. Probably it doesn't matter much
either way.
The current behaviour seems fine to me---I just need to remember to
use "-p 0" when importing into quilt.
