We don't have a really good way of doing that. About the only way to do
this so you do get updates is to merge_into_dir the monotone tree into
your project, and then probably drop all the files you're not interested
in. This mostly works, but (1) will add a large amount of history that
you probably don't really want, and (2) will from time-to-time give you
orphaned node conflicts if you went with dropping the parts you don't
want.
