I wasn't sure if anyone is interested in this tool at all, let alone the source code. :) I just uploaded the source to http://www.highscore.de/downloads/Monotree-src.zip (it's the complete Visual Studio 2005 project).
As Benoît had asked about the license: The software uses the MIT license. It's the webpage which is under the CC license. I replaced "work" with "webpage" meanwhile which is hopefully clearer now.
Otoh, a mono port could require some work, as Monotree uses WinForms 2 and theODBC driver for SQLite3.
The ODBC driver can be found at http://www.ch-werner.de/sqliteodbc/. According to the documentation it can be built on Linux, too. And there is a dependency on user32.dll in FormMain.cs which you probably must get rid of.
