Sorry Richard and Timothy, for sending a blank email to you. Something
to consider for the include/exclude patterns. If they're truly going to
be seen as URL's, then the characters will need to be URL encoded.
Command-line options of --include/--exclude might be a good place to
inject this translation for those of us who don't type in URL. Who's
going to remember to use %2A for '*'?
