The problem was mostly fixed in 1.8.3; if /dev/urandom exists and is
working, and a poll is done for 256 bits of estimated entropy (the
default), then /proc will never be scanned. In 1.8.6 I also changed it
so only world-readable files are checked, which ensures kmsg is
avoided entirely, and probably will also exclude any other 'magic'
/proc files.
