It happened at 1:18 EST on 8/2/07 if you have log files...

I noticed a difference in URLs:

http://carlin.myexperiment.org/projects <-- This is the URL to the page (it 
works)
http://carlin.myexperiment.org/projects/list?page=2 <-- this one doesn't work
http://carlin.myexperiment.org/projects?page=2 <-- This one does work

Looks like an easy fix :)
