[Nel] Binary releases

        Hi,

        Would you be willing to host binary releases of Nel ? I could arrange
for a tarbal of my own version to be available somewhere but I figured it
would be more useful if you had a contrib-binaries directory or something
on nevrax.org. 

        What do you think ?
