The download page of nevrax.org was updated. The data packages section
contains links to downloadable "raw" data to build Snowballs data (.max
project and textures) and also a link to the data needed to run the
samples/3d/cluster_viewer program. This program shows how to use the
portal/cluster system in the 3d lib system.

In the 3d lib section of the doc page of nevrax.org, a new link called "MS
Word document on how to create landscape tile bank" that explains how to
create a tile bank was added, sorry it's in MS Word format for the moment.
