a possible loss of data is not an error but just a warning, it doesnt
matter.
the second one means that you didn't set the nel lib path as written in the
INSTALL file:

      Setup Visual C++ to find the NeL include and library files :

         - Add the NeL library directory to the "Library Files" category.
           ex: D:/test/code/nel/lib

The second reason could be that vc can't find the lib because it wasn't
compiled (check in the nel/lib dir if nldriver_opengl_Debug.lib is here)
