[Nel] Missing file when building worldeditor

Hi.
I have built Nel, snowballs2, mnax plugins, a lot of tools etc.
But when trying to build the Worldeditor (master project) (have succefully
built all dependecies) it misses a file.
"fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file:
'/code/nel/tools/3d/ligo/worldeditor/worldeditor_interface.h': No such file
or directory"

I cannot either find this file anyware in the source of the current cvs.
