[Nel] VC7 build problems

I've checked out the latest source for Nel from CVS and am trying to build NeL with VC7 using the supplied nel.sln.

The build output is in the attached zip. Can anyone help or point to what I'm doing wrong. I'm aware I haven't set up all the lib paths yet - I can worry about linker issues later - I'd like to get the compilation phase working first. It also appears some files are missing?!?!
