[Nel] old emails and wiki

Hello,

You saw that 30 mails came from nowhere this week end.
In fact, lots of e-mails were waiting for mailing list administrator to
be approved or reject, 2 were too big and others were sent without
registration.
They are quite old but I accept them because they can be useful in the
archive.
Sorry for the flood :)

I installed a WikiNeL on my personal server but it's the official one.
It contains really useful information thanks to frealek, debug, idimmu
and lot of others peoples. You are welcome to do add and/or modify all
pages to share your knowledge about NeL.
