Hello Jason,Nobody tried to compiled on Dev-C++/Mingw. Feel free to port it and give us a patch ;)
The goal of autogen.sh is to create the configure. If you don't have configure after autogen.sh, it means that autogen.sh failed. So try to find the error. Perhaps you don't have the require autotool version.
