[Nhproxy-discuss] Release of NetHack Proxy version 0.9.0

I am pleased to announce the release of NetHack Proxy version 0.9.0

This is pretty much the same code as in Slash'EM version 0.0.7E6F3 but  
with an improved API, an autotools build system and the beginnings of  
some documentation.
