nufw is just a stupid proxy. It catchs first packet of a connection and send
it to nuauth. Then nuauth takes the decision and send it to nufw. So nufw
accept, drop or reject the packet.
So to answer your question: nuauth checks the ACL using informations from the
user (owner of the packet) and about the packet. There are two ACL modules:
LDAP and plaintext.
