[Nuxeo-localizer] Localcontent properties error

a) Localizer class is missing docstring 
   hm that one was easy to fix ;-)


b) when i try to click on properties (not i18n, but clasic) of LocalContent 
object
   i got Keyerror, if my 'management_page_charset' is set to 'UTF-8' in 
aquisition path.
