OX_API Developer's Guide.
There is an unfinished draft of the documentation for the GNU
OCTAL Machine API. Feedback would be greatly appreciated if you
have time. The docs are available thus far in TeX-DVI and
PostScript formats, in alpha.gnu.org/gnu/octal
More developments will follow.
