You can use the exactly the same process:
To stretch the wave without pitch shifting, first stretch the wave normally,
then pitch shift up.
To compress the wave without pitch shifting, first pitch shift down, then
compress normally.
Hmm, why did I choose those orders for the operations? Probably no good
reason!
