[Octal-dev] Octal: Additional Notes

After thinking about this further, there are a variety of people on the
Octal list who can, beyond coding, perform QA, write documentation,
identify distribution routes (marketing), and do other interesting and
useful tasks.  E.g., you have not had the time to determine if the programs
I have provided do anything useful.  Perhaps someone else (or more
than one) could be shown (I could show them) how to compile the
programs into a testing configuration, so that they could test them and
report problems, modification preferences, desirability, or provide a
description of operation.  Your TeX manual could be updated by someone
giving a description of these different plugins and their operation.  These
particular tasks are quite small and there must several people on the
list who would be willing to contribute.
