fixed plugins

i fixed three plugins - lfbiper (easy), soxchorus (also easy) and freeverb (not 
so easy)

i seem to have no real concept about how stuff gets allocated in c++ - my 
param_info strings kept getting trashed before the core would get to them. i 
also got a lot of 'invalid use of member' errors when i tried different 
approaches well, now they all load and crunch buffers - so get them and test 
them... 

i had to modify the wrappers a bit (for freeverb), i've attached the modified 
files for anyone who might want them. since they belong to octal cvs i didn't 
upload them to sourceforge. matt - have you updated your plugins yet? it'd be 
great to have them up too.

what is the maximum size for param_info strings? what about the parts? i had 
some troubles which cleared up if i shortened the descriptions
