Details:
Suppose you have a file named "a[1]"
> ls a[1]
a[1]
> dir('a[1]')
warning: dir: nonexistent directory `a[1]'
It's been treated as wildcards match, but `help dir` doesn't mention that
explicitly.
Matlab will return the information about the file "a[1]".
In octave, I have to do something like
> dir('a\[1\]')
Seems hard to fix... but at least document it will have a great help.
