Follow-up Comment #15, bug #40443 (project octave): The stack trace I was able to get is attached. It's crashing in the octave_user_function destructor in the call to symbol_table::erase_scope. There's an ominous comment just before that line: // FIXME: this is really playing with fire. I guess we need to find out why this is crashing. Longer term, we probably need to find a better way to deal with function scope information.
