Follow-up Comment #32, bug #45659 (project octave):
I don't see where flexiblas extracts version info from the blas or lapack
libraries. Can you point directly to that info?
In any case, I don't see how that can be done for an arbitrary blas or lapack
library given that there is no standard way in the blas and lapack specs to
determine version info.
