URL: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?49360> Summary: odeset lacks documentation for solver options Project: GNU Octave Submitted by: rik5 Submitted on: Sun 16 Oct 2016 10:01:53 AM PDT Category: Documentation Severity: 3 - Normal Priority: 5 - Normal Item Group: Incorrect Documentation Status: Confirmed Assigned to: None Originator Name: Originator Email: Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any Release: 4.2.0-rc2 Operating System: Any _______________________________________________________ Details: One of the goals of Octave is to be a viable replacement for Matlab. However, odeset has 23 tunable parameters, but no explanation for any of them. Octave is not a good replacement if we require the use of Matlab documentation in order to understand how to code for Octave. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?49360> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org/
