Follow-up Comment #11, bug #52272 (project octave):

@Richard: Could you try this code?


quiver ([5 6], [5 5], [1 1], [0 0]);
saveas (gcf, 'tstquiver3.png');


This should produce a very clean test case without any sqrt(2) factors
obscuring the algorithm.
