Follow-up Comment #7, bug #53529 (project octave):
Now that you mention it, I too recall some problems installing the Qt help
tools. I'm not sure exactly which package it was, but "qttools5-dev-tools"
rings a bell. I went to the Synaptic Package Manager (Mint, based on Ubuntu)
and some package indicated installed, but instead of a green box, it was grey
with an exclamation point in it. I simply uninstalled that and another nearby
grey package and re-installed and things worked fine.
