Follow-up Comment #7, bug #55509 (project octave): @Pantxo: I've pushed a Chrono 0.1.1 release that has a keyword index in the QHelp. I've also added a hack to have it automatically load the QHelp in existing versions of Octave using the PKG_ADD mechanism. All the functions and classes show up in the Index in the help browser now, and double-clicking them will bring you to the appropriate topic. `doc <function>` isn't working for them, though. I don't know why.
