Details:

the bug is that the program is not plotting within a loop, even using 'hold
on' command.

FYI, when freshly installed octave on my pc (ubuntu 16.04 LTS) the plotting
worked just fine but after day or two it is plotting but just ignoring the
work of 'hold on'  command, i have plotted for Fibonacci series. 

the next bug is regarding file handling, storing the file within the loop

when i was trying to store every variable within a file but its not storing
and storing only the last of the data, i have done this for lattice
vibration(angular frequency vs theta),
