Follow-up Comment #7, bug #57059 (project octave):
re: Comment #5 - I don't know how the decision is made whether to or not to
include certain packages in the windows builds. It's important for any that
have trouble building/installing under windows, or for ones that are 'very'
commonly used. But as long as 'pkg install' works correctly I don't think
default needs to be part of this discussion.
