Update of bug #57245 (project octave):

                Category:   Plotting with gnuplot => Interpreter            
        Operating System:                  Mac OS => Any                    
                 Summary: "clear all" generates segfault if run before or
after a plot => "mlock" inside a compiled function locks the calling function
instead
