                Severity:              3 - Normal => 2 - Minor              
                  Status:                    None => Confirmed

Follow-up Comment #1:

Confirmed.  And if you eliminate the transpose on 'u' so that it is a row
vector, then the output is a column vector.  In other words, for vector input
the output is always the transposed orientation of the input.  Dropping the
severity to "Minor".
