Please report one issue per bug report.

The xmlread function was deliberately removed from the io package, it's
mentioned in the news for version 2.6.0, please see bug #58004 for more
information.

Please give an example that shows the problem with dbfwrite for this bug
report so that someone can try to reproduce the error and investigate.
