                Severity:                1 - Wish => 3 - Normal             
                Priority:              5 - Normal => 7 - High               
              Item Group:    Matlab Compatibility => Regression             
                 Release:                     dev => 6.0.90

Follow-up Comment #1:

This was still working correctly in Octave 5.2.0.

Marking as a regression and raising priority.

I'm also attaching the files for the example in comment #0.

The output in Octave 6.0.1 is here:
