Follow-up Comment #25, bug #58800 (project octave):

I just read now the code how this entropy vector is actually used, and I am
very confident that it seems that it indeed mixes entropy[i] into all entries
of the state vector higher than i. So I am quite sure that always all the
entropy is used, and whatever the sequence of entropy sources in the entropy
vector, provided at least one bit is different, the stream should be
unrelated. Yes, I would think that already with current time, CPU time,
fractional part of current time and PID this should be okay for all practical
purposes.
