Follow-up Comment #1:

Thank you for the detailed bug report.  According to your logs you have SymPy
1.6 installed.  Thus it is probably a duplicate of bug #58491.  Please try to
downgrade SymPy to 1.5.1 until bug #58491 is resolved.
