Update of bug #61706 (project octave): Status: None => Need Info _______________________________________________________ Follow-up Comment #2: Octave isn't real-time capable. Maybe your OS's thread manager sets programs into an "energy saving" state when you lock out that slows down your calculations? If that is the case, I'm not sure if there is anything Octave can't do about this.
