In the current Octave version (6.4 from https://ftpmirror.gnu.org/octave/windows/octave-6.4.0-w64-installer.exe), the gf function returns the following error that must be corrected: >> version ans = 6.4.0 >> pkg load communications >> A = gf([0 1 1 0 1 1]) error: 'gf' undefined near line 1, column 1 The 'gf' function belongs to the communications package from Octave Forge but has not yet been implemented.
