On PC at home, qt graphics_toolkit works as expected but does not work on PC
at Univ.

OS Ubuntu 20.04 on WSL2 on Windows 10 21H2
X-server GWSL(VcXsrv)

Octave version 5.2.0 (distro.) , 7.1.0 (self build..)

PC at home
 CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU       M 430  @ 2.27GHz
 GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics

PC at Univ.
 CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8400 CPU @ 2.80GHz
 GPU: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630
