The patch attached to this bug report fixes some problems in src/Makefile.in:

* Files config.status and config.log are cleaned in the distclean rule instead
of realclean, since they are generated by the configure script.
* File Makefile is only removed in the realclean rule.
* Target distclean is now as a pre-requisite for realclean.
